Light Years 01

The year 1990:

I had somehow managed to score myself an internship at Walt Disney studios in Sydney. It was easily one of the worst jobs I had ever had. Think bio-bot flesh and blood battery hen churning out evil propaganda cartoons for kiddies. It was the time of the first Gulf war in Iraq started by Daddy Bush. No coincidence that I was assisting animation of a scene of tactical nuclear war heads being fired by Uncle Scrooge. Yay Good Ol Uncle Sam saves the day with the Military Industrial complex! Hooray!! Hey cool!! War propaganda to teach kiddies that nuclear weapons are OK and all part of life here on prison planet earth. I hated working at Disneys with a with a passion and saw myself as a mindless cog in the machine to pollute and entrain their innocent kiddie minds. Mouseschwitz they called it.

I was working for chump change and had lost all meaning to my life.

One weekend I was strolling around the inner city browsing in a bookshop when I stumbled across Gary Kinders book "Light Years"
Although rather clumsily written, "Light Years" was a very interesting story indeed...
It told the story of Swiss one armed farmer Eduard "Billy" Meier, one of the worlds most famous UFO contactees. [ www.theyfly.com ]

Meier claimed to be having regular meetings with a group of Extraterrestials from a civilization in completely different dimension to ours..backed up with hundreds of chrystal clear photographs..

Yet everytime I discussed the book and the evidence that the author had presented I was met with absolute disbelief..
Noone wanted to know about it... Not my girlfriend...

Not my buddies....
Not even my parents...

And then one night whilst chatting to a friend, a large triangle of nine lights glided silently across the sky...
I had seen my first UFO!!
I decided to research into UFOs further..
The net was full of terrabytes of data - stories of crashed discs, military involvement, coverups
alien autopsies, recovered cadavers, abductions,
But what was fact and what was fiction?..
I was discussing all of the above with my local GP ......
He introduced me to "Jim" an Australian who had worked for the CIA, mainly in China, collecting
intelligence on UFOS and Extraterrestials..
